A.R.T. is a free, 24/7 telephone banking service that allows you to manage your finances anytime, anywhere. It’s designed to give you quick and secure access to your account information without needing to visit a branch.

A.R.T. – Your Automated Response Teller

A.R.T. allows you to handle basic transactions anytime, with no fees. Call 920-848-2666 or toll-free at 800-448-2276.

  • Check Balances: Get your current balances in real-time.
  • Transfer Funds: Move money between accounts easily.
  • Make Loan Payments: Stay on top of your payments.
  • Withdraw Funds: Request check withdrawals
  • Account Info: Get the details you need when you need them.

How to Access A.R.T. (Automated Response Teller)

You can reach A.R.T. by phone:

  • Toll-Free: (800) 448-2276

Phone Menu Options

After calling, follow the voice prompts:

Option 1 : Quick Balance Check

  • Instantly hear your current balance.

Option 2 : Account Inquiries

  • Get detailed balance and transaction history.

Option 3 : Financial Transactions

  • Perform transfers and other transactions.
  • To transfer funds to another member’s account, choose “Cross Account Transfer”.
    • Note: Member numbers must be linked beforehand. Contact a Credit Union Member Service Representative for assistance.

Option 4 : Member Service

  • Change your PIN number.

Login Instructions

  • Enter your account (member) number, then press # .
  • Enter your 4-digit PIN, then press #. On your first call, your PIN is the last four digits of your Social Security Number.

Additional Tips

  • Follow the prompts provided by the A.R.T. system.
  • Available options may vary depending on your account type.
  • Press the * key to return to the previous menu.
  • Follow the system prompts, pressing the # key when requested.
  • Enter the exact amount for each transaction, including dollars and cents (example: $100.00 would be 10000#).
  • You don't have to wait for the voice prompt; you may key ahead at any time during the session.
  • After your initial call and verification, the A.R.T. system will have to change your 4-digit PIN.
