Phone Menu Options

After calling, follow the voice prompts:

Option 1 : Quick Balance Check

  • Instantly hear your current balance.

Option 2 : Account Inquiries

  • Get detailed balance and transaction history.

Option 3 : Financial Transactions

  • Perform transfers and other transactions.
  • To transfer funds to another member’s account, choose “Cross Account Transfer”.
    • Note: Member numbers must be linked beforehand. Contact a Credit Union Member Service Representative for assistance.

Option 4 : Member Service

  • Change your PIN number.
