Tired of writing checks or logging into multiple websites to pay your bills? Let N.E.W. Credit Union handle it for you with Bill Pay, a secure, easy-to-use service available to members with a share draft checking account.

Why Use Bill Pay?

  • Pay bills anytime, anywhere through Online Banking or our Mobile App
  • Schedule one-time or recurring payments: Perfect for fixed monthly bills like loans or rent.

  • Transfer funds to other financial institutions.
  • Same-day merchant payments and overnight checks available (fees apply).

How It Works

1. Log In to Online Banking

Access your account by visiting www.newcu.org or using the N.E.W. Credit Union Mobile App. You’ll need to be enrolled in Online Banking and have a share draft checking account to use Bill Pay.

2. Select Bill Pay

Once logged in, navigate to the Bill Pay section. This is where you’ll manage all your payments in one place.

3. Add Your Payees

Enter the name and billing information for each company or person you want to pay. The system will securely store this information for future use.

4. Verify and Schedule Payments

Check the amount due on your bill, then schedule a one-time or recurring payment. You can even set up automatic payments for fixed monthly bills like loans or rent.

5. Let Us Handle the Rest

Once scheduled, N.E.W. Credit Union will process the payment and send it to your payee. You’ll receive confirmation and can track the status within your account.

Important Timing Tips

  • Schedule payments at least 5 business days before the due date to ensure on-time delivery.
  • First time payments may take an additional 3-5 days for setup and verification.
  • Overnight checks must be submitted by 3 PM CST for next-day delivery (additional fees apply).
